Simple Steps for a Happy Pet
Book & share the details
Pick a service, tell us your pet's breed, age, and any quirks, and upload proof of vaccinations.
Meet & greet
First-timers get a short intro visit so your pet meets the space and staff before their full appointment.
Relax and get updates
We send photos and notes throughout the day, then walk you through how it went at pickup.
Where Pets Are Treated Like Family at PuppyMed&Care
We started because we wanted a place we'd trust with our own dogs and cats — small groups, calm handling, and staff who actually remember your pet's name and quirks. Every service is fear-free minded, so nervous first-timers leave a little braver than they came in.

What Pet Parents Say
"My anxious rescue used to shake at the vet. Here he trots in on his own now — they took the time to earn his trust."
"Boarded both our labs for a week and got a photo every night. Came home clean, happy, and worn out in the best way."
"The groomer actually asked how we wanted the coat handled instead of just shaving everything. Doodle has never looked better."
