We'd Love to HearFrom You

Dogs need current rabies, DHPP, and Bordetella; cats need rabies and FVRCP. Just upload records from your vet when you book, and we'll keep them on file.

Yes. We use fear-free handling, keep groups small and size-matched, and offer a meet-and-greet first so nervous pets can settle in before a full stay or groom.

Bring your pet's own food to avoid tummy upset, plus any medications with clear instructions. A familiar blanket or toy is welcome — beds and bowls are provided.

Most grooms take two to four hours depending on coat type, size, and condition. We groom in appointment windows rather than all-day crating, and we'll text you when your pet is ready.
