We want you to be happy with what you buy from PuppyMed&Care. This page explains when you can return something or get your money back. RETURNS If something is not right, contact us as soon as you can after you receive your order and we will tell you what we can do. Items must be unused and in their original condition unless they arrived damaged or faulty. ITEMS WE CANNOT TAKE BACK Perishable goods, personalised items and anything sealed for hygiene reasons once opened. If you are not sure whether something can be returned, ask us before you buy. REFUNDS Once we have your return, or once we agree a refund, we send the money back to the original payment method. Your bank may take a few working days to show it. BOOKINGS AND DEPOSITS Where we take a deposit to hold a booking, we tell you at the time whether it is refundable and how much notice we need if you want to cancel or move the appointment.
